A woman in Arizona was caught driving in a carpool lane with an Inflatable Grinch riding shotgun. Check out the photo here...it's funny... the cops thought so too, but she still got a ticket.
It's unclear how much the ticket was for, but according to a report from 2018, local fines for HOV violations "start at $400."
