Man Accused Of Executions In Oklahoma Pot Farm Appears In Miami-Dade Court

A man charged with murdering four Chinese nationals and hurting another in an Oklahoma marijuana farm will remain behind bars in South Florida until Oklahoma officials come and pick him up.

Through a Mandarin interpreter Wu Chen initially told the judge he couldn't go back because he was afraid he would be killed while behind bars there.

After the judge explained he couldn't fight the murder charges here, he could only fight extradition, Chen agreed to return to Oklahoma.

The 45-year-old was arrested on Miami Beach yesterday afternoon after a license tag reader flagged the car he was driving.

Chen is accused of executing the three men and a woman on Sunday and injuring a fifth.

That person was rushed to the hospital.
