According to Polk County Deputies, A dog napper was arrested after she was allegedly caught on video stealing two dogs from their owner's driveway.
The owner of the dogs recognized the woman and identified her to police as Sheryl Comer, who lives 3 miles from that home.
When cops arrived they found 20 dogs there, including the 2 she stole. She was arrested and the dogs were returned to their owner.
Now, I just need to know what is going to happen to the 18 other dogs, and if any of them were taken from their rightful owners as well.
