South Florida's cold snap pales in comparison to the freezing temps along the East Coast, but today is the coldest day we will experience with this front. National Weather Service meteorologist Robert Garcia says if you're west of those areas you will see temperatures in the upper 50's. Highs across the region today will be in the 70's, so enjoy it while it lasts Warmer temperatures move in Thursday and will continue to warm up through the weekend.
