Meiner says he's sending the message loud and clear hate will not be tolerated on his watch. These comments come after fifteen people were killed and dozens injured during a mass shooting at a Hanukkah celebration in Australia. Commissioner Monica Matteo-Salinas is being sworn-in for her first term- Commissioners Laura Dominguez and Alex Fernandez are being sworn-in for their second terms.
