A man who identifies himself as a "Second Amendment auditor" explains why he walks around the Treasure Coast with two guns in plain sight.
Several 911 calls were made over the weekend when people spotted Michael Taylor with what appears to be a rifle around his shoulder and a handgun in a holster on his hip.
"I do understand the concern and I want people to have a heightened alertness of things that are going wrong, if something is going wrong. But I also want people to understand that we have Second Amendment right and we do have the Open Carry law."
Taylor, whose widely known by his online persona "The Armed Fisherman," tells CBS 12 News that he just wants people to understand that it's okay to see somebody with a firearm.
Open Carry became law in Florida after a court ruled last year that the state's ban on it was unconstitutional.
