Miami-Dade's mayor hosting the first installment of the extreme heat and Biscayne Bay Roundtable series tonight. National Weather Service's George Rizzuto expects the heat index values to range between 105 and 110 over the next week. The county is monitoring the Bay's temperature, water quality and nutrient pollution to try and limit heat impacts on marine life. There's a heat advisory until 7 tonight. Today's high could reach 95-degrees, tying the record for Miami set in 2015.
