WWE star Carmella is very lucky she didn't leave Royal Rumble in the back of an ambulance after a stunt went wrong.
During her SmackDown women's title match against Sasha Banks, she gave fans quite the scare after she fell flat on her face, legs curled up like a scorpion.
Banks was outside of the ring at the time and Carmella launched herself over the ropes. Instead of tackling Banks, she miscalculated her trajectory and landed face-first on the hard outer-ring surface.
Luckily, Banks was there to catch her rival, potentially saving her from a serious neck or back injury.
Wrestling fans even noticed Banks tapping Carmella on the back to see if she was hurt.
A release from WWE confirmed that Carmella didn't suffer any injuries.
