While ice fishing in New Hampshire, Matthew Moore filmed a bald eagle as it walked across the frozen surface towards a piece of fish.
The TV news station, WYFF News 4, shared the footage and added some music, which inspired dozens of people to comment on its ice-skating abilities.
One user awarded the eagle a perfect 10 “on the old way of scoring a skate routine.”
“Even with the talons a very slippery walk,” another user wrote.
Clearly, the eagle was only interested in the morsel discarded onto the ice at Lake Winnipesaukee.
