A man from Farmington, Missouri is a world champion anvil shooter and enjoys blowing them more than 100-feet in the air.
Gay Wilkinson simply puts some black powder between two anvils and ignites with a fuse. Within seconds, the anvil on top shoots up several feet in the sky before slamming back down to the ground.
Why does he do this? Well, he finds it interesting...
"It's just neat launching something that really wasn't intended to be launched," Wilkinson said.
