A customer at a Chicken Express in Dallas, Texas was allegedly attacked by an employee in the drive-thru line.
Surveillance video shows the moment the employee climbed through the drive-thru window and grabbed at the customer through his vehicle window.
The customer, Leskel Nichols, claims the employee, Terry Hall, refused to honor a discount that was promised by the restaurant 10 days earlier which sparked the physical exchange.
Instead of giving the discount, the employee decided to give him a knuckle sandwich instead.
Nichols says he suffered various injuries and his car was damaged.
