WATCH: Florida Women Circled By Seven Hammerhead Sharks

Typically, you have to pay to swim with sharks, but that wasn't the case for some Pensacola beachgoers after they experienced a close encounter with a group of hammerheads.

What started as a typical day became a once-in-a-lifetime experience for three women.

Lacey Faciane, Casie Thompson, and Qyuston Eubanks sat helplessly in their raft as the sharks lurked underneath. The terrifying moment was captured on video by Thompson's mother.

"One boater would yell shark, and then the next group would yell shark, and that's just kind of how it was. And so by the time they got to us, they were right up on us," said Faciane.

According to reports, the women said seven hammerhead sharks were circling them.

Each of the women had completely different opinions about the intense experience.

Faciane said, "Usually, you have to pay for that, and we didn't have to pay for that. So, yes, it was an awesome experience."

"I was like, 'Lord protect us! If it's time for us to go, it's time for us to go. Just protect us," Eubanks added.

According to eyewitnesses, the sharks were up to 8 feet long.
