One pilot took thrill-seeking to a whole new level after flying next to one of Mother Nature’s trickiest natural disasters: the tornado.
In the video, which was tweeted out by the man's wife, the pilot can be seen filming himself as he circles a tornado this past weekend.
The pilot's name is David Payne and he is also a Chief Meteorologist for KWTV News 9.
Luckily, Payne stayed far enough away from the tornado to avoid any issues. In doing so, he captured one of the most stunning videos ever seen.
