While taking part in a Colorado ghost tour at the notoriously haunted Stanley Hotel, one tourist believes that she may have taken a photo of a ghost lingering in a window.
According to reports, the spooky image (below) was taken by Kim Kimberly of Texas while she visited the location with some friends last month.
The hotel, which inspired the setting for Stephen King's classic The Shining, is believed to be the home of a variety of spirits and offers nightly tours for individuals hoping to catch a glimpse of a ghost.
In the image, a figure is visible standing in a window of the hotel.
Kimberly didn't even notice the anomaly until she looked at the pictures later and was shocked by what she saw.
"There was no one in the windows when I took those photos," she said, "my friends were taking photos as well and they didn't see it either."
