As if Discovery channel’s Shark Week isn't scary enough. This year, the members of Jackass are getting involved with the shark-infested fun.
After a few different stunts that didn't result in bodily harm, Steve-O and Chris Pontius decided it was time to literally "jump the shark."
Sean McInerney, aka Poopies, attempted the impossible jump with nothing but sharks lurking below.
Using only his wakeboard and a large ramp, McInerney wasn't able to stick the landing and plunged into the water.
Shortly after entering the water, McInerney was bitten by a shark on his arm. Luckily for him, help was immediately on the scene.
“It's a reminder that yeah, like, we are pushing it pretty hard. And this could happen, of course,” Pontius said. “It's either, like, everything's OK or this happens. And hopefully, it's always everything's OK, everything's okay. But then ... you know, this time it's not OK.”
