A research company analyzed the self-reported beer tolerance levels of residence within each state and figured out how many it takes the average person to feel buzzed.
Upgraded Points questioned 2,000 people across the country to share how many bottles of domestic beer they can drink before they start feeling the effects of alcohol.
According to the survey, the national average was 3.49 beers to get a good beer buzz going. That being said, there are drinkers in some states that take less beer, while drinkers in other states need more.
