Early Thursday morning, a tow truck was struck by a train in Lake Worth Beach.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened just south of 12th Avenue South and Dixie Highway around 5:30 AM.
It's currently unknown why the tow truck driver stopped on the tracks.
Luckily, the driver was not in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
