According to the Guinness World Records, he has the world's largest nose on a living person measuring in at a whopping 8.8 cm (3.46 in).
That being said, there could be others out there who have a more prominent nose, but they've never reached out to the Guinness World Records.
The nose and the ears are among the few body parts that continue to grow as we age. Meaning there is a good chance Özyürek could extend his record in the coming years.
