One of the main attractions at Bauman Farms Harvest Festival in Oregon is the giant pumpkin drop.
This year, a 1,200-pound pumpkin was chosen since it had developed a hole during its growth and began to rot.
A crane lifted the giant gourd 100 feet in the air, right above an inflatable pool.
After a short countdown, the pumpkin was released from the crane and plunged into the pool below, creating one of the biggest splashes we've ever seen.
