A new video, filmed moments after the deadly crash, shows Henry Ruggs sitting near a sidewalk, feet away from the Toyota engulfed in flames.
Just seconds after the former Raiders wide receiver crashed his Corvette into the back of a Rav4, he can be seen with Kiara Washington hugging on the ground. In the video below, parts of their conversation can be heard.
"Ok. Ok, here," she told Ruggs. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry."
He responded, "F***! Stop yelling!"
Later in the video, one witness tells an officer, "That's Henry Ruggs right here. That's Henry Ruggs right here. He plays for the Raiders."
Ruggs can be heard in the video crying and sobbing with his girlfriend as she held his head.
