Toronto police are searching for a shoplifter after he allegedly stole an $8,000 custom guitar from a music store by stuffing the instrument into his pants.

Surveillance cameras captured the suspect playing the '59 Les Paul Standard electric guitar before sliding the neck of it down the leg of his baggy pants. He then used the waistband of his pants and sweater to hide the rest of the big-bodied instrument.

According to police, the man then casually walked out of the store, got into a vehicle driven by another suspect, and drove off.

Police have released the video of the theft in action and are asking for the public's help to identify the shoplifter.

Don't fret... Cops will catch him.
