A Washington state woman believes she captured images of the elusive Bigfoot with her trail camera.
According to reports, the images were posted to the Washington State Trail Camera Pics Facebook page with the caption, "I just checked my camera that is deep in the woods behind Mount Si in the Snoqualmie Valley...either there is a Sasquatch in the area or I'm being expertly pranked."
The images were initially posted in October but have recently resurfaced on social media.
In the first image, a hairy bipedal figure emerges on the left-hand side of the picture. However, in the second photo, the oddity stands next to a tree near the middle of the frame.
Sadly, the camera wasn't able to capture a clear shot of the mysterious figure due to the position of the sun at the time the photos were taken.
Based on the remote location where the images were captured, many believe the entity was the legendary Bigfoot.
That said, not everyone agrees the photos show Sasquatch and argues it's simply a human walking through the forest. Others suggest the prank victim is the one who's trying to pull off the hoax.
One skeptical viewer took the photos and adjusted the contrast, revealing that the 'creature' appears to be a person in a costume.
