(Northfield Center Township) Summit County Sheriff's Office says the driver of an SUV that struck a pedestrian in Northfield Center Tuesday night has turned himself in.
35-year-old Joseph Zolnowski was behind the wheel of the vehicle that struck 84-year-old Elizabeth Rock of Boston Heights in the 9200 block of Olde 8. Zolnowski is charged with leaving the scene of a crash.
Rock was attending her granddaughter's Christmas concert at St. Barnabas Church.
