Miami, FL - A North Miami man has been arrested after allegedly luring a 15-year-old girl into his car and sexually molesting her in late May.
The incident occurred on May 23rd when 52-year-old Angel Diaz spotted the girl sitting on rocks along Northeast 123rd Street and 16th Avenue and subsequently offered her a ride.
According to his arrest report, Diaz drove the girl to an alley near Keystone Park, a few blocks away.
It's alleged that he engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior, including kissing the girl on her neck, unbuttoning her pants, touching her genitals over her underwear, and asking her explicit questions related to oral sex.
Police say that Diaz continued to entice the victim over the next three days, urging her to contact him for various reasons such as food, transportation, conversation, or in-person meetings.
Diaz has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and luring or enticing a child.
He is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a bond of $11,000.
