A drunk woman driving the wrong way on I-4 in Tampa hit a police car and then tried to blame her husband for the crash. Kristian Beall, 24, was caught driving westbound in the eastbound lanes at 60 mph early Saturday morning. Police and state troopers worked together to stop her using a PIT maneuver. When officers asked if she knew she was driving the wrong way, she seemed confused and said, "on this interstate?" She then told police her husband was driving them home, even though she was alone in the car. Her blood alcohol was nearly twice the legal limit at .199 and .202. She was charged with DUI and other offenses.
