A kid in Texas was trying to annoy his Mom with a dog toy when he accidentally swallowed the squeaker. She (and the nurses) couldn't help but chuckle at the results. Luckily the toy did not obstruct his breathing, but it did make for a humorous situation. Every time he would breathe or laugh, he would squeak. Doctors were able to remove the squeaker, but not before Mom documented the whole thing for the internet.
