Tim Tebow has been released from the the Jacksonville Jaguars when the team made their first round of cuts today. It was a long shot for Tebow who was attempting to switch from quarterback to tight end after never playing the position before. Tebow tweeted his thanks to the Jaguars for the opportunity.
For Tebow now 34, pro sports are likely over. Work with his Tim Tebow Foundation will continue, and Tebow could return to work with ESPN as an analyst.
