Mr. Bean is a adorable Papillon puppy that arrived last year as a stray at Palm Beach County Animal Control. He's missing his 2 front legs, but that doesn't stop him! This year he will be representing Palm Beach County at the 20th annual Puppy Bowl.
"He taught himself how to walk," said Elizabeth Accomando, who took in Mr. Bean at her Barky Pines Animal Rescue and Sanctuary in Loxahatchee. "Now, no linebacker can stop him from reaching the end zone."
