Sydney Sweeney has responded to body-shaming trolls, by sharing a video of her intense training for her role as boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming biopic. The actress showed off footage of herself lifting weights, flipping tires, and boxing, alongside screenshots of cyberbullying comments calling her "frumpy" and "average."
Friends and fans alike loved the video she posted online, rushing to the comments to let her know that they’re cheering for her. “You look incredible and your dedication to your project is very inspiring,” Lili Reinhart commented. Sweeney’s “Anyone But You” co-star Glenn Powell also commented, “This movie is gonna be [fire emoji].”
