The Who have finally announced the details about their new album, which will simply be called WHO. It is set for a November 22nd release date, and they have officially released the first single from it.
The track is titled "Ball and Chain" and it may sound familiar. It's a a song Pete Townshend released back in 2015 that he called "Guantanamo." The Who have been playing the song on their Movin' On Tour, and many fans have been calling it "Big Cigar."
