Legendary drummer Ginger Baker, who was best known for his time in Cream, has died at the age of 80.
His family posted a statement on Facebook and Twitter Sunday morning confirming the news.
"We are very sad to say that Ginger has passed away peacefully this morning. Thank you to everyone for your kind words to us all over the past weeks."
No cause of death has been made public.
